Why does the ButterFly project need donations?
Although the project got attention from the media and some people have given their support and skills to the project, ButterFly isn't financial supported by any organisation. Your donation supports the development of this project and to cover hardware and administrative costs, for example domain registration, hosting etc.
Your donation will assure that this project can exist and helps with the development of new tools for interacting with hypertext. We can assure you that all donations will be used only for this project. In return we will add your name and url to the donation list. And for every €20,- your name will be expanded 1 pixel starting from 10.
